With 17 years of active-duty service under his belt, Chef Jose is not only a seasoned military veteran but also a culinary maestro. His journey has taken him from the deserts of Iraq to the prestigious kitchens of the Pentagon, where he has served as the personal chef to 2, 3, and 4-star generals, as well as catering to the highest-ranking generals, NCOs, and civilian dignitaries. His impressive career even includes the honor of cooking for a U.S. President.
